SQL Server Monitoring Management Pack was released 6th of May 2011 (version 6.1.400.0)

Update notes:

• Minor bug fixes
• Fixed sql injection security issues 
• Updated the “Run As Profiles” section with detailed information about Run As accounts mapping targets (see guide)
• Updated the “Changes in This Update” section (see guide)
• Updated the “Configuration for Monitoring Clustered Resources” in the “Other Requirements” section (see guide)

Note:
Read management pack guide. 
As for me, it was helpful to configure sql "run as" accounts, as I deployed this management pack to low privilige environments.
